For the four founding directors of Jervis Bay Brewing Co., it’s all about putting fun before formality, people before profit and nature before numbers. Yes, we take our brewing very seriously, but never ourselves. We always find time to stop, smile and appreciate just how lucky we are to be in such a beautiful place, doing what we love. Preferably over a beer, or three.
We’re on a mission to brew craft beers of the highest quality, and to do it in the most environmentally-responsible way we possibly can. Seriously, how could we not, given the incredible beauty of our own backyard and the amazing creatures that we share it with?
Jervis Bay is surrounded by some of Australia’s most majestic national parks, and our white sandy beaches, well, they’re pristine and glorious.
Helping to keep this place beautiful is a huge part of what we do. From the raw ingredients we hand-select and the methods we use to brew our beers, to our packaging and recycling initiatives, we’re constantly striving to do things even better than before. And we always will.
It’s all about brewing what’s right.
