Return and refunds Policy
Product damaged or faulty
In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods or our supplier will provide to you the same or similar product at no cost. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.
In the event that the goods are to be reclaimed due to contamination, health issues, expired, etc. we will notify you as soon as the supplier inform us about the reclaim. At that stage, we will advise to dispose the goods and the refund procedure, as above, will apply.
Refunds (when applicable)
All refunds will be done in credit to be used in another purchase at the website, platform and/or marketplace. You will receive an email with an e-gift card till the value of your purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, we will advise the address of our suppllier to your nominated email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
