All you need to know in regards how to order directly from the brewery and the tools to help you choose your favourite beer.

Do I need an account to order beer?

No, you could order without an account but you must confirm that you are 18 years or older. It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

How do I order?

You can choose to add any beer from the platform. You can even Mix&Match any beer from the breweries that offer that option.

How do I pay for my beers?

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and any other methods which may be clearly advertised.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order for any reason contact us at cheers@onlycraftbeer.com.au

How do I find the right beers to buy?

Several options: by type, by flavour, by hops, etc.

What do I need to do if my order is damaged?

In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
