This small batch, hand crafted Australian Pale Ale is a well balanced hop forward pale ale with tropical fruit aromas and an elegant floral and hoppy pallet provided by Ella, Hallertau and Mittelfruh hops. Subtly dry hopped to add notes of floral and spice for balance, this Pale ale has a very mild backbone bitterness which makes for a very sessionable, easy drinking ale enjoyed all year round.

Classic backbone bitterness and spice without overpowering the malty base, combined with Ella hops to celebrate modern Australian Brewing and flavour.

Rare Bird Brewery is a tin shed full of stainless steel scavenged from old cheese and chocolate factories. Brewed in small batches by three blokes on Friday nights. All recipes refined by an uncompromising commitment to improvement and constant arguments.
